UTG Tactical Scenario Vest
Review by Chris : Tac vest
A great vest but for some reason I was expecting a molle vest, not that anyone said it had molle cause the only molle is on the back.
Inside the mesh vest are zippered pockets: on the back panel which would hold soft body panels if you wanted and other pockets on the left and right side for maps or a backup pistol or whatever. on the front are velcro panels that hold extra magazine holders and the holster which all can be removed or moved around on the vest to other locations. On the heavy duty belt are extra pistol mag holders or folding knife holders which can also be relocated or removed all together. Magazine pouches ar doubles and will hold 30 round AK and AR mags. Vets is made well and I will use this year for hunting, A hydration pack can also be put inside the vest in the back zippered panel or molle attached to the back.
UTG Tactical Scenario Vest
Review by Anthony C. Adams : Most Functional Product for Hunting
Most Functional Product for Hunting, shooting, and camping. The magazine pouches fit FN FAL, H & K 308 20-round magazines, as well as AR 223 thirty-round magazines. The pistol holster needs modification like the other UTG holsters but once a few switches are placed for your particle model pistol you're in busness.

Review by S. N. Scott : Nice adjustable vest
I am a 6'5" tall, 280lbs Texan and was initially concerned as to whether this vest would fit because I had purchased a different brand of inexpensive vest which, in photos, LOOKED very similar to this, but which had very little adjustability (none at all for height) that just *BARELY* fit me.
This vest, I am happy to report, fit relatively fine (at the longest height configuration, and nearly widest width).
Overall, this looks and feels like a high quality product.
I'm not sure if the [attached with Velcro] holster is really practical because it seems like it could [relatively easily] come off if you were to carry a heavy pistol and extra magazine in there and then perform much running and jumping - after all, Velcro is not "super glue". I have no actual proof this would be the case, it is just my impression. Luckily, it comes with a second rifle mag attachment with two pockets that you can swap in place of the holster - and I would recommend the equally inexpensive but also equally nice UTG Adjustable Leg Holster for Pistol, Black instead of this cross-draw Velcro'ed holster anyway [especially to complete the "Stargate Atlantis Away Team Look" :-) ].
Also, if there was one thing I would change about it I would have to say I'd rather it had metal zipper teeth instead of the plastic it has now. Again, no actual experiential evidence, but the impression is that those plastic teeth COULD be easy to damage.
As a side benefit, it makes me feel like I'm on an episode of Stargate Atlantis :-) as it appears to be nearly identical to the vests worn on that show [I subsequently read today that they allegedly wore the Blackhawk Omega vest, though]. There is a guy named "nutnfancy" on YouTube who has a nice long comparison video review of both the UTG and the Blackhawk vests which ultimately shows there are not tremendous differences between the two despite the huge price difference.
Anyway, I would say it is EASILY well worth the money and I would not hesitate to purchase it again or to recommend it to others. So, "dial the gate". :-)
